You should inspect and closely examine the shipped product when received and contact our support immediately if the product is defective, damaged, wrongly shipped or if there is any other issue. Our team is always ready to evaluate the issue and make it right to keep our customers satisfied.
The product will not be returned, exchanged if the damages, issues are reported after the delivery of the product is completed. If the product is to be exchanged then the customers must return the orignal product to us and bear the cost themselves.
Certain personalised, customised products are not eligable for returns, exchanges. Furthermore, the product will also not be exchanged or returned if the customer believes that the dimensions of the product are not accurately fitting their space.
The responsibility of checking the products, their sizes to fit the staircases, lifts or doors with the packaging is solely of the customer. Product dimensions are included in the product descriptions of our website.
Sale items and items bought through Gift Card are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refund.
